The Endfall Event
At 3:57 am June 26 2023 the Earth's rotation came to a stand still for 3 and a half minutes. The event was named "The Endfall Event" During said event 14 individuals with extreme desire gained semi-unexplained afflictions. The Subjects were taken to a classified facility in an undisclosed location simply known as "The Endrun Testing Field". Each subject's existence has been erased from all records, and have been given code names related to there afflictions.
002. Kuro & Shiro
Affliction: Electric Impulse Manipulation
Desire : For Escape
Kuro (right) & Shiro (left) grew up in the foster system bouncing form home to home. On the day they were put into a seemingly perfect home with loving parents, things quickly changed. They begun to be physically and mentally abused by there new "parents". On the night of "The Endfall Event" Shiro was blinded by broken glass from a bottle that was thrown at her head. Kuro's eyes were also damaged by the glass, but not to the point of being blinded. Their desire for escape as well as their new vision problems, they were afflicted by the event and was given the affliction of Electric Impulse Manipulation, which gives them the ability to manipulate any electrical currents, including the currents running throughout the human body.
Tid bits - Because of their eye sight, they rely on currents around them to see. Similar to echolocation
